1. Introduction

Welcome to Viewfer. By creating an account and activating your membership, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

Viewfer is a short-video platform that rewards creators and viewers with real earnings, paid directly to your mobile money account. We are committed to operating a fair, transparent and fraud-free platform for everyone.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the Viewfer Team. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

To use Viewfer, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• •You must be 18 years of age or older.
• •You must currently be located in Ghana or Nigeria (the platform currently serves West Africa only).
• •You must provide accurate, truthful personal information when registering.
• •You must have a valid mobile money account to receive withdrawals.
• •You must not already have an existing Viewfer account.

3. Activation Fee & Payments

Access to Viewfer's earning features requires a one-time activation fee:

• •Ghana: GH₵50 (paid via coupon code)
• •Nigeria: ₦5,500 (paid via coupon code)

Your activation fee is distributed as follows:

• •A portion goes to the person who invited you (crew reward)
• •A portion contributes to the creator reward pool
• •The remainder funds platform operations and development

• •Coupon codes are single-use and non-transferable.
• •Each coupon code can only be used to activate one account.
• •Selling or sharing coupon codes for profit is prohibited.
• •Viewfer reserves the right to change the activation fee with 30 days' notice.

4. Earning & Rewards

Viewfer rewards you for creating content and growing the community. Current earning rates are:

View Earnings

• •Ghana: GH₵2 per 100 genuine views on your videos
• •Nigeria: ₦220 per 100 genuine views on your videos
• •A view is counted when a real user watches your video for at least 8 seconds
• •Creator view earnings unlock only after you have uploaded a minimum of 10 videos

Crew Bonus

• •Ghana: GH₵20 per successful crew activation
• •Nigeria: ₦2,200 per successful crew activation
• •A crew member is only counted when they pay the activation fee and activate their account
• •Referring yourself or coordinating fake crew members will result in a permanent ban

Earnings are stored as a balance in your Viewfer account and can be withdrawn when you reach the minimum withdrawal threshold.

5. Withdrawals

• •Minimum withdrawal: GH₵50 (Ghana) / ₦5,500 (Nigeria)
• •Withdrawals are processed within 24–72 hours after admin approval

Supported Payment Methods

• •Ghana: MTN Mobile Money, Telecel Cash
• •Nigeria: OPay, PalmPay, Bank Transfer

• •You must provide accurate and current mobile money account details.
• •Viewfer reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where fraud is suspected.
• •Viewfer may request identity verification before processing large withdrawals.
• •Transaction fees charged by mobile money network providers are your responsibility.
• •Withdrawals to incorrect account details provided by the user cannot be reversed.

6. Content Rules

You are responsible for everything you upload to Viewfer. By uploading content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate these Terms.

You must NOT upload content that:

• •You do not own or do not have permission to share
• •Is pornographic, sexually explicit, or contains nudity
• •Depicts graphic violence, self-harm, or cruelty
• •Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or illegal activities
• •Harasses, threatens, or targets specific individuals
• •Contains spam, repetitive, or automated content
• •Features minors in inappropriate or exploitative contexts
• •Uses copyrighted music, video clips, or images without permission
• •Makes false or misleading claims about Viewfer or other users

Upload Limits

• •Maximum 5 videos per day
• •Videos must be between 10 and 60 seconds in length
• •Maximum file size: 200MB per video

Viewfer may remove any content that violates these rules at any time, without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

7. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

Viewfer operates a real-money earning platform. Any attempt to manipulate, cheat, or defraud the platform is taken extremely seriously.

• •Creating fake accounts to generate crew rewards
• •Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate views or engagement
• •Coordinating with others to artificially inflate view counts
• •Creating multiple accounts from the same device or network
• •Purchasing views, likes, or followers from third-party services
• •Attempting to exploit or manipulate the earning algorithm
• •Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another person
• •Using VPNs or location spoofing to circumvent geo-restrictions
• •Providing false identity or payment information

Viewfer uses automated systems and manual review to detect fraudulent activity. All decisions made by Viewfer regarding fraud cases are final and binding.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

Viewfer reserves the right to:

• •Suspend accounts that are under investigation for potential fraud or policy violations
• •Permanently ban accounts that have been confirmed to violate these Terms
• •Withhold or forfeit earnings from accounts found to have engaged in fraudulent activity
• •Remove any content that violates our community guidelines at any time
• •Reverse crew rewards if the referred account is later found to be fraudulent

You may close your account at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of your activation fee if it has already been used.

9. Platform Changes

Viewfer is a growing platform. We reserve the right to:

• •Modify earning rates with reasonable notice to users
• •Add, change, or remove platform features at any time
• •Update these Terms of Service when necessary
• •Expand or restrict the geographic regions we serve

We will communicate significant changes through the app and our official WhatsApp channel. Continued use of Viewfer after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the content you create and upload to Viewfer.

By uploading content, you grant Viewfer a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform and in our marketing materials. We will credit your username when featuring your content.

• •You may not scrape, copy, or reproduce Viewfer's platform, design, or code.
• •You may not use Viewfer's name or logo without written permission.
• •You may not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract Viewfer's source code.
• •All platform design, branding, and original content created by Viewfer remains Viewfer's property.

11. Privacy & Data

What we collect

• •Email address and username (required to create an account)
• •Mobile money phone number (collected only when you request a withdrawal)
• •Device information (to detect fraud and multi-account abuse)
• •Activity data such as videos watched and upload history (to operate the earning system)

How we use your data

• •To operate your account and the platform
• •To process withdrawal requests
• •To detect and prevent fraud
• •To send important account notifications

• •We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties.
• •We may share your data with payment processors solely for withdrawal purposes.
• •We retain transaction records for 2 years for fraud prevention and compliance purposes.
• •You may request deletion of your account by contacting us on WhatsApp. Requests are processed within 14 days.

12. Limitation of Liability

Viewfer is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• •Viewfer is not liable for earnings lost due to technical issues, server downtime, or events beyond our control.
• •Viewfer is not liable for failed mobile money transfers caused by network providers or incorrect details provided by users.
• •Viewfer is not liable for content posted by other users on the platform.
• •Viewfer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• •Viewfer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service availability.

Our maximum liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the amount of your activation fee (GH₵50 / ₦5,500).

13. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact us first. We aim to resolve all issues quickly and fairly.
